RE: Emergency vent on FRP tank
If a pool fire is credible, an emergency vent for Fire would be required.
If you have good drainage or no combustibles in the vacinity
or no exposure from adjacent tanks, a Fire contingency may not be credible.

I understand emergency pressure relief for a "fire case" as required when there is a pool fire and pressure builds due to external heating of the vessel.
But this cannot occur for a fiberglass tank ?
How does the tank survive the fire long enough to actuate the relief device ?
NFPA-30 requires metallic tanks to contain flammable and combustable liquids.

RE: Emergency vent on FRP tank
All the tanks have conservative vent designed for pump in/out and thermal effect. It is not designed for emergency vent.
I was planning to provide Emergency vent on all the SS tanks in case of external fire. However, I am not sure if FRP tank would require emergency vent. I thought that FRP tank will rupture at high temperature for external fire and emergency vent is not required.
Is my understading correct?
RE: Emergency vent on FRP tank
I think you should designed the vent for Pump IN/OUT and Breathing Losses.
As for SS tanks you can refer API-2000 for sizing the Vents
