All that really means is that it has been moved into the pre-release stages and the NDA has been lifted. The new stuff (good and bad) can now be discussed publicly.

Yeah.  Another example of how SolidWorks Corps word definitions mean something completely different to the rest of human society.  "Released"....  ummmm yeah right.

so nVIDIA call an announcement with no availability a "soft release" when it comes to hardware.  What do we call it when its an announcement and no availability of software?  :P

Fusking marketing is getting out of hand just like the lawyers.

I noticed they dropped the Feature-lock that they were touting earlier in the year.  Wonder what happened with that?

Well I was so upset with the new Photoview replacement of Photoworks when it was in Beta, that we just went out and bought Modo... I am liking this a lot better!
