Indented Bars & Hennibique Ferro Concrete

(OP)
I'm trying to establish the material strengths for a culvert built around the 1930s.  I have 2 drawings; one referring to 'Indented Bar & Concrete Engineering Co. Ltd.' and the other referring to 'Hennibique Ferro Concrete'.

Is it possible to derive the strength of the reinforcement and concrete from these titles?

Any history info on this would be gratefully received
Many Thanks

RE: Indented Bars & Hennibique Ferro Concrete

No. At this point you'll have to do some testing if you want the strength of the materials or the assembly.
