If the main power transformer is Dyn5 (3.3kV-400V), then can an isolation transformer Dyn11 (400V-400V) be installed downstream?

So long as no attempt is EVER made to connect the iso xmfr load side with the source side, the vector group is moot.

However, ensure that there is NO way for someone to do this inadvertantly.

Is there any guidelines on transformer connections compatibility (upstream/ downstream)regarding vector groups mentioned anywhere?

Unless you are going to parallel the secondaries of two transformers, I don't see any compatibility requirement. What kind of compatibility are you concerned about?  If you are going to parallel the secondaries, the compatibility requirement would be that they are in phase.
