Stainless Steel Structural design Reference

(OP)
Not sure if this is the right forum to post this. I am designing tubes/pipes, angles & I-beam shapes as equipment and pipe structural supports in waste-water concrete tanks.  I am using 316L stainless steel, A269/312 and A276. My questions are:

1. Where can I find a structural design guide, section properties, stresses for design of stainless steel, or similar information?  www.ssina.com lists suppliers, but little structural design information.

2. Is Allowable Stress design using AISC, for structural (carbon) steel, acceptable if there is no national code or design guide?

Thanks.
