Got A Warning Log Message In RISAFoundation "Bottom Cover Value Too Large. 25% of thickness used instead" Where does the 25% of thickness come from?

RE: Warning Log

It's an internal restriction and was put there to prevent other errors that would arise when the user specifies bars with a relatively large cover in an extremely thin slab.

I should also point out that the program will allow for bars placed at the center of slab.... but, you have to specify this with a check box on the slab tab of the design rules.
