EN 1993-1-8 table 6.7 challenge ...

EN 1993-1-8 table 6.7 challenge ...

(OP)
Hi,

I only hope there is someone to help me with this one...

In the attached table I marked two identical formulas ( by the way do you know the stupid game "find ten differencies" ? smile ).

I can only guess that there is somewhere a mistake in incides...

Does someone know whether it is correct or not, please ?

Or can someone advise a forum for european standards ?

Lubo

RE: EN 1993-1-8 table 6.7 challenge ...

I think its correct, both flanges are under compression, e limitations is the same...but why to write the same formulas twice I have no ideas :) in the correstion of EC3 (1993-1-8/AC) there is nothing about it also...so I guess no one saw a problem in here... :)
I dont know forums for EC standarts, but hope to find such :)
