Module studio_free_form license is not availible

(OP)
I am a new UG user and was told that I do have the Studio Free Form license.  However, whenever I pick a command I get the "Module studio_free_form license is not availible.  The guy next to me got his to work my changing a setting.  Does anyone know what that could be?

Thanks!
