Cut away the base to create the sloped bottom
Shell from the top
Add flange at top
Add boss and hole for drain

Using regular Cut-Extrudes based from the reference or created planes.
Using created planes or surfaces and the [b]Cut with Surface[b] tool.
The whole sink could be created with surfaces and then thickened.
How long have you used SW?
Working through the SolidWorks Tutorials in the Help section will teach the basics of creating models.

Your method worked and was stable. That's the main criteria.
I've attached a couple of alternative methods. There are several more that could be used.
