Basically it is saying that the positions of certain features have to be approved.

I believe the features whose location has to be approved are the parting lines, sprue and maybe ejector pin marks.

Of course, it might not be bad idea to ask the customer what it means, or pay for an actual technical French translator rather than relying on us.
