First Tiem Designer - Please help!

(OP)
Hello all, Not sure if I am posting this is the right forum or not, so please let me know.
I have a site where we need to install an onlot sanitary system.  We are going with a water well for service (non-potable) and an underground holding tank to be pumped on a regular basis for the 'treatment'.  The problem I am running into is that I have no idea how to size the plumbing from the well into the building.  The building will be a prefab building that is (of course) arriving onsite this week and once in place, there will be no access to the below grade plumbing.  The contractor has told me that he would like to use Pex pipe materials, but I need to know how to size the lines.  The building will be used by 2 people/day (max).
Thank you in advance for any help.

RE: First Tiem Designer - Please help!

Don't understand your post, but a typical well pump wor a residence would have 3/4" to 1" size pipe. You are probably safe if you use a 1" pipe.

RE: First Tiem Designer - Please help!

determine the water usage first. this is not a typical residence. How many fixtures, sinks, toilets, hose bibs, fire protection sprinklers, anything else? Then size your system adequately for the intended usage. You should be asking the owner these questions, probably not the contractor.

Wow, sorry all.  I just re-read my post and can see that I was not very clear.  The building arriving onsite is a prefab building with one toliet and one sink.

As it turns out, all the internal plumbing is complete with the building and the only information I need to determine would be the size and location of the holding tank and the location of the groundwater well.  These are easy for me to identify (there is limited space onsite so it makes my choice of locatins pretty easy!)  Plus, i know the anticipated use of the system so I can size my holding tank based on how often the tank will need to be emptied.

Thank you!
