Worm milling

(OP)
Hi.
I have a job, but still I could not find the correct CAM processor for this. It is a worm with a large pitch, and in the bottom, a variable radius. So I could use turning for the roughing, but it is no simple.
For 4th axis roughing i did not find simple solution, only variable_contour with curve/point drive method. But it needed lots of auxiliary geometry.
In the NX7.5, the new blade processors can make nearly the needed toolpath for the finishing, but it have no capability for avoiding collisions. At the and of the shaft it ignores the part geometry, and collides the part.

thanks in advance.
