HCl capture/reclaim

HCl capture/reclaim

(OP)
Our plant produces a large amount of HCl vapor, with some H2SO4, in the off-gases.  I am interested in not only capturing these emmissions (potentially above legal limits), but also collecting the acid as a product/semifinished product, to reduce a waste stream.  The airstream is 225 deg F.  Does anyone have a system that would capture and contain this acid, that would still be concentrated enough to use anywhere?

RE: HCl capture/reclaim

You can make a 36% HCl solution with a simply scrubber and bottoms recirculation through a cooler.
But 36% is about the highest practical concentration.
