A question on NX7.5

A question on NX7.5

A question on NX7.5

(OP)
Hi Guys

I'm using NX7.5.0.32 on a Windows7 64bit, and I have a question hopefully someone can answer for me.
I use the curve length command quite extensively, and it has changed between NX7 and NX7.5 in that it no longer is a dynamic input. What I mean is that when I select a curve in the 'curve length command' it automatically reverts to the last curve limit. Is there a way to change it so that it picks up the curve length of the selected curve?
Hope this makes sense.

Best regards

RE: A question on NX7.5

I'm not sure which command that you're talking about.  Are you talking about...

Analysis -> Measure Distance -> Length

...or are you talking about...

Analysis -> Measure Length...?

Hi John

The command is under - Edit->Curve->Length.
Sorry for not making it clear.

RE: A question on NX7.5

I see what you mean and I agree that this appears to be a mistake.  I'm opening a PR and will get back to you with what I learn.

RE: A question on NX7.5

What I do is type zero in the total box and hit enter. Then I pick the curve I want and it will display it's full length.

RE: A question on NX7.5

I just added my approval to the fix this morning.  Hopefully it will make NX 7.5.2.x.
