please I need this kind of cable, the datasheet is attached, I tried to search but could not find other than the BELDEN brand, if any of you guys have any links or brand names be kind to let me know if you all don't mind, I appreciate your help.

RE: 24AWG / cat5 / 5 pair / low capacitance / for computer

Sometimes, the need for specific cable characteristics is somewhat exaggerated. Do you need to cover long distances and do you have high baudrates?

I once used old signalling cables in a steel works for RS 232. Still do not know what data those wires had and still waiting for transmission errors.

I don't mean to say that you do not need the cable you are specifying. But, quite often, specmanship is taken too far. RS 485 is very tolerant when it comes to cable specifications.

The need of trusted cables is manditory, we can't risk wrong signals in the oil and gas industry, we have what is called company standards, we have to follow them all the way and any missmatch in this standards may cause us seriuose trouble, this kind of cable was reccommended from our design team based on standards, but I think its a little costy, and I'm trying to save money for our company thats why I'm looking for other brands that may contain the same specs. but cheaper.

Well then, Belden is a source. Why not go there for your shopping?
