Error opening part files in NX6: structured storage error

Error opening part files in NX6: structured storage error

Error opening part files in NX6: structured storage error

(OP)
I am primarily a Solid Edge user. Customers send cad files from NX6 (which they recently upgraded to), and I am unable to open may of these files on my computer with NX6. The error message "structured storage error: object not found in file" appears (see pic). Anyone have any idea how to fix this or is this an issue of files being corrupt from the customer's end?

Contact GTAC.
If the error is caused by what I think it is, they are the ONLY source of help.
