hi eveyone,

i am searching for AMS5629 spec.i searched everywhere on the internet and couln't find it.Can someone help me?

RE: AMS 5629 specs for PH13-8M0 material

AMS specs cost about $30 to $80 (US) each.  Your best bet on the cheap is to find a MIL spec for that material, though I don't know what the crossreference is.  Do you just need to know the composition?  That information is usually available with a simple web search.

SAE AMS5629 can be purchased directly from SAE for $63.00.  Here is a link to their website:

If you just want to know a little about the material, its composition, etc., then look at the manufacturers that produce this grade, such as Cartech, Corus, or Latrobe:

Also this is a MIL-HDBK-5/MMPDS material, so most of what's needed for design (and, to a degree, manufacture) is in there.
