(OP)
Hi,

I've used Ansys ver10 sometimes using APDL at shool and my design work for GE. Now I will start using ver12 version. What is difference between of them as a user? I will be appreciate to send below table or article about that.

Ver10 was full of bugs for i.e. using nonlinear phenomenas.

Thanks.

RE: comparison multiphisics ver 10 vs ver12

Hello,

most programs have "what is new" section. Read it winky smile
In Ansys 12.0 is more stable. There is better "Project" management, more mesh tools, contact is catched much better,
user-defined beam section appears etc...

RE: comparison multiphisics ver 10 vs ver12

That's true, and ANSYS 12.1 is a more robust release of 12, especially the Workbench Meshing and additional beta features in Workbench Mechanical.
