Template use in Lotus Suspension Analysis

(OP)
Hello,

Firstly, you'll fastly see that my english should be improved...

And before to submit my question I would like to congratulate the members of Eng-Tips forums because this site is very rich in information... I regret there is no same kind of technologic site in french !

I'm a french, member of a race association : The Clementeam-Racing, and I'm currently working on my "end of study" subject to validate a degree in engineering. I would like to do the analysis of our race car chassis which is a Dallara Nissan T02 (World Series) used in the Boss-GP championship with the software Lotus suspension analysis. I would like beginning to save the initial hard points of the front and rear axles as a new templates but I don't understand the difference between an <install> user file, a local user file and a custom template...

I hope to meet somebody using this software here.

Regards

t0nin0
