will the low voltage side of my transfomer explode when i shot out all three phases which has not been connected to any load

RE: transformer

Mostly likely Yes, if energized.  shot-short?

If not explode, it might melt, smoke or catch fire or some combination of it. If you are lucky some protective device will open in time.

RE: transformer

Having seen this happen, I concur with Rafiq.

**IF** the protective devices operate properly, the high-side circuit breaker or fuses will operate quickly, but perhaps not quickly enough to prevent damage to the transformer as internal stresses generated by the shorted windings do bad things, collapsing interwinding supports, resulting in INTERNAL shorts, and high currents cause overheating.

If protective devices don't operate, you may see ruptured tanks, fire, huge arcs from melted conductors, etc.

It's a good reason to make sure a) you don't short circuit the secondary and b) your protective devices are properly set up and operating.
