Splice plates for P33 railroad rail

I need to provide a detail of a splice plate for a P33 railroad rail as well as the drilling of the rail for that splice plate.

Searches dont come up with much on this rail.  Can anyone provide a lead as to where I can ask for the details of the splice plate?  Thanks.

My friends at Birmingham Rail & Locomotive don't list a "P33" rail.  Does it have some other designation outside your company?

This is a size used in Russia.  I have a cross section with dimensions, but nothing else to distinguish it.

BR&L has cross section dimensions listed under their rail products.
