There's no conversion.  You need to obtain this information from whomever gave you the three-phase data.

You meant L-G fault I think.  Not from 3-phase SCMVA. The sequence impedance network is totally different. In a 3 phase fault, there is no - & 0 sequence impedance but in a L-G fault it involves all three.
