Escape, Evacuation and Rescue

Everyone,

I am putting together an Escape, Evacuation and Rescue assesment for an LNG facility together. I was wondering if there is any standard I can use to find out what the criteria is for evacuation times, such that how much time are we suppose to allow for evacuation such that the Muster areas can be accordingly appointed?
What are the basic time calculation criteria? Are there any other aspects that I should consider apart from the ones below?
Alarm Systems
Escape Routes
Muster Areas
Emergency Facilities
Safety Equipment For EER Activities
Rescue

RE: Escape, Evacuation and Rescue

I would include:
"Wind Socks" - 4 (Four) one at each corner of the plant mounted high on a pole or structure.
