Portal Reclaimer for Sulfur Handling from the storage shed.

(OP)
The Sulfur pellets from the pelletiser is stored in the  storage shed . Dimensions of the shed is L - 65m , W - 35 m , Ht - 3.5m . The storage shed can hold upto 5000Tons of sulfur pellets. The current loading method to the ship conveyor is by Front end loader method( Manually scooping the sulfur pellets and load into the hopper which is mounted on the conveyor ). The ship conveyor capacity is 200T/hr and currently its not achievable by the front end loader method. Is there any other alternative to front loader method to transfer the pellets to the conveyor with a mininum investment. I am hearing about the portal reclaimer. Looks there are many types available in the market. Could any one suggest the least expensive reclaimer which can eliminate the front end loader method and meet the 200T/hr capacity of ship loading conveyor.
