"Air Film Coefficients"

I need help:

I know there are air film coefficients when we are dealing with a wall that has outside air on one side and indoor air on the other.  Those coefficients are for air on both sides of the wall.  Are there equivalent coefficients for the two cases i have below?

If I have a concrete reservoir with water in it what equation would you use to determine the U value of the wall.  Assume water on one side and air on the other side of the wall?

The same question would apply to a concrete slab...what equation would you use to determine the U value of the slab.  Assume earth on the underside and air on top of the slab.

Thanks
