Hot Wire Anemometers - where to buy them

Hot Wire Anemometers - where to buy them

Hot Wire Anemometers - where to buy them

I want to use them for permanent flow measuring stations on VAV AHUs in lieu of pitot systems.

I have found the hand helds for air balance applications but I need a permanent installation.

Thanks

Mike

RE: Hot Wire Anemometers - where to buy them

Although I think the mass air flow meter for intake air in fuel injected automobiles is truly a hot wire anemometer, in the industrial market they're called 'thermal dispersion' sensors/meters/transmitters.

Kurz, Sierra Instrument, and FCI are names that I've used; Google will show you others.

I have a supplier working on a quote.

Thanks again,

Mike
