Stop SW scrunching my Dims

Stop SW scrunching my Dims

(OP)
Hello,

I just upgraded to 2010 and in the draft view, SW keeps automatically scrunching all my dimensions up close. This is after i've placed them and I'm just trying to move them around to look good, SW keeps pulling them back to where they were, or scrunching them up really close.

Can I turn this "feature" off?

thanks

RE: Stop SW scrunching my Dims

I donot know how to turn it off

but try

"Esc"aping out of dim command before you start adjusting dimensions to the desired locations.

It only does it when Dimension command is "ON".

RE: Stop SW scrunching my Dims

I found that after the first SAVE the issue seems to go away.  It is a bit irritating though.

RE: Stop SW scrunching my Dims

I have the same problem, and think I have a temp fix. After it scrunches, hit the undo icon. Everything seems to go back and your edits still stays in place. I have call my VAR and SW is aware of this issue.
