Joint feature for different parts

(OP)
Hi,

I have a surface model of skull, with multiple patches, built in solidworks. All the patches should be knit (in solidworks) to export it as a single part to ANSYS Workbench Design modeler. However, there are couple of patches which cannot be knit in solidworks as they form T junction.

These different knits come as different parts in design modeler and I have used Joint feature to share the edges between two parts/knits. These shared edges (curved) are not being generated properly in DM. There are few gaps in the edge formation. I would appreciate if anyone could help me fix this problem.

Thanks,
Krishna
