One more question, is it close to A106 also?

I don't have the EN specification for a direct comparison. Off the top of my head and knowing the A 106 specification, I would say no.

Here is what I found:

L415NB = API 5L-X60
L240MB = API 5L-B

Agree with metengr. A106 is different.
