Solid state oil cooled capacitors

Solid state oil cooled capacitors

(OP)
Some one asked if we know about "Solid state oil cooled capacitors" for application in high voltage substation. Does anybody know more details in this subject?
NOTES:
1) My understanding is that capacitors are and self cooled units (not oil cooled) constructed with aluminum foil with impregnated dielectric oil and packaged in a metal case.

2) Conventional capacitor banks are mechanically switched. However there are thyristors-controlled series capacitors (TCSC), shunt cap bank, SVC or filter in general witch may be considered as solid state switched controlled.

Please advice.
