how to save animation?

(OP)
hi.
when i execute the save animation buttom in ansys workbench, appear a dialog box that say: the display settings are windows aero and image capture might not work. please change them to another theme.
exactly, i save a animation but this have not my model, it's empty.
the question is, how can i change it?
thanks in advance

RE: how to save animation?

Sounds like an issue that Workbench is having with the display settings on your operating system (OS).  What OS are you using?

If you're using XP, Vista or 7, you will have different ways to adjust the display themes so I think you should try to apply the simplest theme (perhaps the one called "classic" if such a theme exists) and see if ANSYS works with that.

Another option might be to move to another computer with a different operating system that doesn't have aftermarket themes applied to the OS.
