Has anyone ever heard of EC testing on gear teeth before ?
If so can one tell me how it's done,how reliable it is and where can i get this type of service??????

Magnetic particle inspection require cleanning and the particles contaminates.

It should be quite easy to do, contact www.fgginsp.com for information. We have used it on ferrous steels with success.
