PDM Enterprise Batch Printing

(OP)
Currently, using the batch print option in PDM Enterprise works great for drilling down an assy and selecting all of the drawings (ours are scattered all over the vault and not in one folder).  When I go and actually do the printing it opens SW prints the drawing and closes SW for each drawing.  I have 198 drawings to print and at 1 drawing/min I am looking at tying up the printer for 3.3 hours.  I can not believe that it will need to open and close SW 198 times, that is STUPID.  I hope this is another option for this.  WOW

RE: PDM Enterprise Batch Printing

Open and close SolidWorks for each print, or just open and close each document?  This is the nature of batch operations in either case.  Task Manager may be an option.  If you need more control, BatchProcess (www.anglesix.com) is another option.
