NX6 - Help Function not working

NX6 - Help Function not working

(OP)
Hey,

When I hit F1/go to Help I get the error message:

"Unable to display help information. Application context not found."

This is only the case in NX6 - Help works fine in both NX5 and NX4 that my company also uses.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Tobi

RE: NX6 - Help Function not working

I assume that it is not loaded on your computer.

RE: NX6 - Help Function not working

Or you are hitting F1 in a workflow dialog that doesn't have any help available.

RE: NX6 - Help Function not working

It can also be a browser issue. About a year ago (possibly after installing NX6) I was unable to launch help using F1.
I contacted GTAC and they had me uninstall/install docs to no avail. What eventually got it working was changing a security preference in the browser settings. I've attached GTAC's instructions. Unfortunately they're specific to firefox's mozilla, but maybe it'll put you in right direction.
