RE: Rubber Tilt Tangential Mixer

Tilt body tangential mixers are a pain in my technological neck!!  They are very low cost, east asian, internal mixers known as kneaders and have the same technology level as an early 1920's Banbury.  Google "kneader internal mixer".

A number of years ago, Francis Shaw (before it became part of Farrel Corp I think) did something similar with an intermeshing mixer for its much vaunted tandem mixing line - installed in one of Continental's factories in Europe.
