i have a planes promblem

I have attached a picture to help wot im explaining.
I have 2 half tubes meeting together the problem is i cannot get them to meet.
The sketches are on different planes and angles to one another and i cannot get the jiont plane in the right place.
Im ok when they on on the same plane.
Can anyone please help im in abit of a pickle im use 2005.

I would try to add Reference Geometry to both parts, like center axis sketch.  Then you should be able to use Mates to position them.

Alternately, could you build a part in-context of the other in your assembly?
