Ungrounded Cap Bank protection

Does anyone remember the old S&C cap bank protection panel? We used to install them on ungrounded cap banks. It was called 'type UP' or 'UV' or something like that. It had the little extender card setup and a pot that you could null out the slop in the neutral over voltage from the RPD.

My memory may be off on all the details, but I'm trying to locate a PDF file of the manual for that thing. I got an old one that apparently is having trouble and I can't find any documentation.

Appreciate any help.
Thanks.
