Does anyone know of any ANSI/IEEE/CSA standards for phase-to-phase spacing of flexible conductors under 5m? Voltage up to 500kV.

I found standards for rigid conductors and flexible transmission lines <50m, but nothing for extra-short spans.

We have many bus sections and apparatus in our stations that are joined together by short (several feet) sections of flexible conductor, but the clearances even for short transmission lines are too big for these spans.

Suggestions?
