Two way freewheel

How do you make a two way freewheel? I can't find information anywhere its just about one way freewheels or people talking about bicycles.
Thanks guys, your awesome! =)

RE: Two way freewheel

???

A bearing makes a 2-way freewheel.

To have a wheel that can be alternately driven or declutched (freewheel) in either direction would require a manually or centrifugally (or electronically) driven clutch, I'd think.

sorry not a bearing, i will explain better, mechanism that allows rotation in either direction from one axis to another, but freewheels when back driven, if that makes sense.
is there a simple device i can make or find somwhere? its a very small scale application.
not like a car or anything.
