(OP)
Does anyone know how to change the default name for the output file when posting? It currently defaults to the part file name and I would like it to default to the program group name if possible.
Thanks in Advance

RE: Default Output Filename from Post Process

You can do this in the post - there are probably custom commands around.

Something you might look at: If you have LIBRARY_CAM_OUTPUT in your configuration, then the system will create a folder for each setup you create, a folder for each post you use, and name the ouptut file with whatever program or operation you selected. You can change your configuration to cam_library.day of you want to see how it works.
