Camber(Deflection) Calcs. for Balanced Cantilevers Made Continuous

(OP)
I am looking for a good reference or a book to calculate various deflections required to be calculated including deflections due to prestressing, Shrinkage & Creep to arrive at the Camber to be provided during the construction of two Balanced Cantilevers' segments cast simultaneously. Any other information in this regard is much appreciated.

RE: Camber(Deflection) Calcs. for Balanced Cantilevers Made Continuous

The PCI Bridge Design Manual will hopefully address your concerns soon as this will be Chapter 14 when completed.  Another PCI book is "Segmental Box Girder Standards for Span-by-Span and Balanced Cantilever Construction".  Check out the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute web site www.pci.org
