Hi everyone, I want to use mathematical equations to control a camera from a distance by pointing it to a point as I am looking to same point.  Both my head and the camera are in the horizontal plane and the motion will Pan (yaw) motion.

If you're looking for the equations then you're probably better asking on a maths forum than on a motor and generator engineering forum. If you want help with the servo control aspect then forum277: Automation & Robotic engineering might be a better place to ask. Define what you want a bit more clearly.

Scotty is correct.  What you need to study up on is "coordinate transformations".
