Fatigue analysis non linear model pre-deformed

Fatigue analysis non linear model pre-deformed

(OP)
Hi there, Amazing foro!!
I'm dealing with a project, and I need to study fatigue in a steel clip( a fastener for railways).
The clip is loaded with a force, and deformed in the 1st cicle, so I need the fatigue analysis after this 1st cicle.. the problem is I cant connect the result from the 1st step to the fatigue analysis (to use residual stress).
I'm using workbench 11. I understand  this can be done with APDL commands, but I have no idea, and can't find a basic manual in internet.
Is there other way? Does anyone know about a easy manual to stert APDL (I don't have much time to finish this project, and so to learn a new software)?
 Thanks anyway for this foro..
