Pyramid of Success
Pyramid of Success
(OP)
99 year old, former UCLA coach John Wooden recently passed away.
In honor of Legendary Coach John Wooden, read his "Pyramid of Success" from the linked site. A great model for leadership and success.

If this is your first time viewing it, then I hope its lessons help you out each day.
For those who are familiar with the model, it should provide a nice reminder of the valuable lessons and principles necessary to improve your leadership and achieve personal success.

RE: Pyramid of Success
His coaching was not just about the mechanics of playing basketball, it was also about the "zen" of basketball, i.e., what happens between the ears is just as important, if not more so, than the raw skill of the player. His teaching is mostly "old school" http://www.coachwooden.com/index2.html stressing hard work, positive attitude etc. He was able to bring teams into the playoffs that had few star players, but good team dynamics and confidence in themselves.
In this "me" age, much of Wooden's philosphy is denigrated, unfortunately. The world would be a much better, nicer, and friendlier place if people followed Wooden's pyramid of success.
