"V" shape column design

(OP)
Hi, all.
I have "V" shape column with longitudinal moments, shear and axial loads. This is design build job(not much time). I have an old drawing that the main reinforcement was inclined by 30 degree along the V shape and the bars are connected to drilled shaft foundation with 90 degree. My concern is that the inclined bars can carry the moments and axial loads?

what about the connection between the Inclined two column to form V shape?
