I need know the power demand for agitater to be installed a fermentation tank. Is they some online programme which can do the job.

The usual correlations P= Np * rho * N^3 * D^5, described already do not account for the air sparged well.
The aerated power / anerated power can be as low as 0.4.
The motor drive should be sized for zero-air service, but the actual dissipated power, that serves gas liquid transfer will be lower.

Probably you've just taken a superficial glance at the paper I have previously posted (Np is the power number defined at page 5 formula (10), while N is the rotational speed of the impeller).

My appologies, I did extracted table 5 rule of tumb for my calculation from the document you sent. I should read the whole paper.
