Creating fillets in NX6

I know this sounds simple but since I have not been on UG for three years I have forgotten. Using the sheetmetal function in UG, I have a simple "Z" bracket but I cannot find the function that allows me to round the corners. Please see the attachment. Also, how does one manipulate the CSC so that I have the proper view in drafting mode. I really appreciate the help for this will allow me to obtain an awesome opportunity.

RE: Creating fillets in NX6

Try...

Insert -> Corner -> Break Corner...

As for defining the orientation of the Base View as you're placing it, on the Base View dialog, in the section titled 'Model View', you can choose from any of the views already defined in the master part file, or you can use the 'Orient View Tool' to create a customized orientation on the fly.  Note that this needs to be done on the first view (the Base View) placed on the drawing as all of the subsequent views will be using this as the base orientation for any orthographic projections.
