Seal welding on body of the valve

(OP)
Hi to All
I am in process of installing a DB&B valve (modular) on body of a 20"-900# Valve with the Mat.A350 LCC, the connection is 1" NPTF (plugged drain) that I am going to use, Can I Sealweld the connection afterwards without drasticaly affecting the valve? or destorting the body of the valve? (high temp.of welding)or shal I leave it with only Loctite or similar Material? for what it's worth the valve in Service 18 yeas.
DT is 60 Deg C and DP is 130 bar Gasline.
Thanks ahead
