need help on power spectrum plot

our parts will be subject to a sinusoidal vibration over a random vibration background. it is common for helicopter parts.our customer requires two kinds plots. power spectrum and power spectra density.power spectrum plot is new to me. i searched on the web. it says that while PSD plot is g^2/Hz over frequency, power spectrum plot is g^2 over frequency. looked at labview page, it does present power spectrum but no sample plots.any one has one to show me?thanks.
