Unstable Non-linear Structural Analysis in Ansys Workbench.

(OP)
I do a non-linear structural analysis of a manometric membrane in Ansys Workbench. I apply normal pressure on the inside of the membrane and fix it tight on the outside diameter. The deformation results are unstable and additional substeps are added to the result. It is written in the Workbench tutorial to use the command STABILIZE, but I don't know how to apply this command in my analysis. Is there anyone any idea how I can do it?

RE: Unstable Non-linear Structural Analysis in Ansys Workbench.

This can be done by inserting a command into the solution:
Enter this commando:
stabilize,constant,enegry,1e-2

You need to play with the value (default 1e-4) to get convergence.
